Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Digital Experience. We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, here is our Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, etc., intact.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to) items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or items marked as final sale.


2. How to Initiate a Return

    Please include your order number, name, item(s) you want to return, and a reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.


3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process refunds without proof of receipt.


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and whether the return is approved.

  • If approved, we will process your refund (or exchange, if applicable) within 7 business days.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • If you used a credit card, the refund may take some days to show on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Shipping costs (if paid originally) are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a mistake (wrong or defective item).


6. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for the same or different product (same price), send us an email with your order number and details of the exchange during the return period.

  • Once your return is approved, you can make a replacement order or we may assist arranging the exchange (depending on stock availability).


7. Non-Refundable & Restocking Fees

  • Items that are non-returnable / non-refundable include:

    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

    • Items not in their original condition, missing parts, damaged packaging

    • Items marked as “final sale”

  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, particularly for opened or used items, at our discretion.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled without cost before shipping.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process above.
